An admin invites them by email from Account. Solo is 1 user, Team includes 5 with extra users at £49/month each (up to 15), and Business includes 20. A trial lets up to 5 people in.
Can I cancel?
Cancel any time from your account or by emailing support. No cancellation fees.
Is VAT charged?
No. Jadthena Limited, which runs Counsel AI, is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Every payment gets an emailed receipt from Counsel AI.
